摘要
在城市快速发展的时代,地下空间越来越复杂,地下管线施工过程发生安全事故的风险越来越高,催生了大量的地下管线精细探测需求。本文介绍了大埋深地下管线探测的发展状况,讲解了井中磁梯度技术的探测原理,研究用磁梯度法探测金属管线的详细过程、数据处理方式、深度计算方法及成果曲线分析,最后阐述了磁梯度法在水下管道、预制混凝土管道和小管径管道3种工程场景的实际应用,满足了实际工程建设中对大埋深金属管线的探测要求。
In the era of rapid urban construction,the underground space is becoming increasingly complex,and the risk of safety accidents in the underground pipeline construction process is becoming higher,resulting in a large number of demands for the refined detection of underground pipelines.This paper introduces the development status of deep buried pipeline detection,discusses the detection principle of magnetic gradient technique in the well,studies the detailed process,data processing method,depth calculation method,and result curve analysis of metal pipeline detection with magnetic gradient technique,and finally expounds the practical application of magnetic gradient technique in three engineering scenarios of underwater pipelines,precast concrete pipelines,and small diameter pipelines.It meets the detection requirements of deep buried metal pipelines in actual engineering construction.
