摘要
目的:分析鳖甲煎丸联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月安阳市肿瘤医院、安阳市第五人民医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组均给予生活指导,对照组应用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用鳖甲煎丸治疗。比较两组血糖水平、治疗效果、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平下降,相较于对照组,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平更低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果良好,可有效降低患者血糖水平,减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Biejia decoction pill combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Anyang Tumor Hospital and the Fifth People's Hospital of Anyang from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups received life guidance.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Biejia decoction pill on the basis of control group.The blood glucose levels,therapeutic effect and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased in the two groups,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum C-response protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αdecreased in the two groups,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biejia decoction pill combined with conventional western medicine has good clinical effects in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can effective reduce the blood glucose levels of patients,and relieve inflammatory reactions.
