摘要
本文回顾了江苏卫生检疫的起源,记录了江苏卫生检疫的重要发展历程和沿革。从防控重大传染病、处置突发公共卫生事件、抗震救灾、创建卫生港(机场)、促进经济社会发展、重大国际活动保障等方面阐述了改革开放后江苏卫生检疫的典型案例、成效及影响,总结历史经验,并结合新形势提出了将人才队伍、联防联控、监测预警和核心能力等方面作为江苏卫生检疫的未来重要发展方向。
This article reviewed the origin of Jiangsu health inspection and quarantine and recorded the important development course and evolution of Jiangsu health inspection and quarantine.Also expounded the typical cases,effects and influences of health quarantine after reform and opening up from the aspects of prevention and control of major communicable diseases,disposal of public health emergencies,earthquake reliefs,establishment of health ports,promotion of economic and social development,and guarantee of major international activities.It summarized historical experience,combined with the new situation,it put forward the future important development direction of Jiangsu health quarantine in the aspects of talent team,joint prevention and control,monitoring and early warning and core capabilities.
