摘要
选取京津冀地区各城市2006—2022年新质生产力与碳排放效率数据,分别构建两个系统的评价指标体系。采用熵值法和SBM-DDF模型分别对新质生产力和碳排放效率进行测度,采用改进的耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型测度两个子系统间的耦合协调水平与发展状态。结果表明:京津冀新质生产力水平呈现出快速增长的趋势,区域间差异显著;新质生产力与碳排放效率之间的耦合协调水平呈现出波动上升的趋势,大部分城市碳排放效率滞后于新质生产力发展水平,少数城市实现了同步发展。
This study selected data on new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency for each city in the Beiing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2022,constructing evaluation index systems for both subsystems.Initially,the entropy method and the SBM-DDF model were used to measure new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency,respectively.Subsequently,an improved coupling coordination degree model and a relative development degree model were ap-plied to assess the level of coupling coordination and the development status between the two sub-systems.The results reveal that the level of new quality productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows a trend of rapid growth with significant inter-regional differences.The coupling coor-dination level between new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency exhibits a trend of fluctuating increase,with the carbon emission efficiency in most cities lagging behind the develop-ment of new quality productivity,while only a few cities have achieved synchronized development.This research provides theoretical support and practical evidence for the coordinated evolution of new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,aid-ing in the scientific formulation of differentiated development strategies.
