摘要
采用CFD技术构建围护结构为真空绝热板(VIP)的疫苗冷链物流箱的有限元物理模型,分析相变蓄冷板(PCM)的摆放位置对箱内温度场分布和有效保温时间的影响,并通过试验验证模型的可靠性。结果表明:当PCM置于底部时,温度场分布紊乱,箱内顶端附近出现局部高温区域,存在疫苗变质风险;当PCM侧面摆放和平行摆放时,温度场分布情况相似,箱内温差较小;当PCM顶底对放时,箱内温度场分布最均匀,有效保温时间为57.24h,比PCM侧面放置时长8.38h。本研究对PCM+VIP耦合的疫苗冷链物流箱的设计及运输管理具有指导意义。
A finite element physical model for the vaccine cold chain logistics box with vacuum insulation panels(VIP)enclosing structure is established using CFD techno-logy.The effect of the position of phase change material(PCM)panels on temperature field distribution and effective insulation time is investigated.Experiments are conducted to verify the reliability of the model.The results indicate that when PCM panels are placed at the bottom,the temperature field distribution is disordered.A local high-temperature area appears near the top of the box,which brings a risk of vaccine spoilage.When PCM panels are placed on the side or in a parallel way,the temperature distribution is similar,and the temperature difference in the box is relatively small.When PCM panels are placed on the bottom and top,the temperature distribution inside the box is the most uniform,and efficient insulation time is 57.24 hours,which is 8.38 hours longer than that placed on the side.The research has important guiding significance for the design and transportation management of vaccine cold chain logistics box coupled with PCM and VIP.
