基于储层非均质性的小井距加密挖潜策略研究

摘要 海上油田由于平台资源的限制,采取大井距开发,由于储层的平面非均质性,导致储层控制程度低、平面注采对应状况较差问题凸显,针对此问题,在单砂体级次储层解剖的基础上,引入非连通率概念,提出一种适用于储层横向变化较快油藏的单砂体级次井网控制程度表征新方法,克服了注采对应率等指标仅反映采油井连通状况,而无法全面、真实反映注采井间注采连通状况的局限性,进而建立了5类砂体不连通模式:双向有注无采型、双向有采无注型、单向不连通型、单点不连通型和单点连通型,同时结合数值模拟方法建立了各类不连通模式的小井距加密技术界限:双向有注无采型、双向有采无注型加密界限为非连通率大于30%;单向不连通型加密界限为非连通率大于40%;单点不连通型加密界限为非连通率大于60%;单点连通型加密界限为非连通率大于70%。以此为基础在渤海SZ油田开展了平面缩小注采井距的小井距加密矿场先导试验,加密后水驱动用程度提高13%,采收率提高4.5%。研究成果为海上油田井网控制程度的定量评价及提高控制程度策略的制定提供了借鉴。 Due to the limitations of platform resources,offshore oilfields adopt large well-spacing development.Due to the planar heterogeneity of the reservoir,the problem of low reservoir control and poor planar injection-production correspondence is prominent.In response to this problem,based on the anatomy of single sand body level reservoirs,the concept of non-connectivity ratio is introduced,and it is proposed that a new method for characterizing the control degree of single sand body level well pattern suitable for reservoirs with rapid lateral changes in the reservoirs.This method overcomes the limitation that indicators such as injection-production correspondence ratio only reflect the connectivity status of production wells,and cannot comprehensively and truly reflect the connectivity status between injection and production wells.Therefore,five types of sand body disconnection models have been established:two-way injection and no production type,two-way production and no injection type,one-way disconnection type,single point disconnection type,and single point connection type.At the same time,numerical simulation methods were used to establish,the technical limits of small well spacing infilling for different disconnection modes:the infilling limits for the two-way injection and no production type,and the two-way production and no injection type are the disconnection rate greater than 30%;The one-way disconnected encryption limit is the disconnection rate greater than 40%;the threshold for single-point disconnected encryption is the disconnection rate greater than 60%;and the single-point connected encryption limit is the disconnection rate greater than 70%.Based on this,a pilot field test of small well spacing infilling was carried out in the SZ Oilfield in the Bohai Sea.After infilling,the degree of water flooding production increased by 13%and the oil recovery increased by 4.5%.The research results provide a reference for the quantitative evaluation of the control degree of well patterns in offshore oilfields and the formulation of strategies to improve the control degree.
