摘要
目的:通过检测孕早期的孕妇红细胞叶酸水平,来探讨胎儿先天性心脏病与红细胞叶酸的相关性。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年10月在本院产检的168例孕妇为研究对象,病史资料完整。收集孕期及分娩后诊断为先天性心脏病的病例,回顾性调查其母亲孕早期检测的红细胞叶酸。40例符合入组条件的病例设为观察组。选取同期正常的新生儿,回顾性调查孕早期的红细胞叶酸,选取128例设为对照组。将研究数据采用社会统计学软件SPSS 19进行统计分析。结果:对照组红细胞叶酸水平(2468.68±609.48)nmol/L,高于观察组的(2241.06±490.93)nmol/L,t检验P=0.033<0.05,差异有统计学意义,两组孕妇的红细胞叶酸数据通过单因素条件的Logistic回归分析,红细胞叶酸OR值=0.313<1,P<0.05。结论:红细胞叶酸与胎儿先天性心脏病的发生有相关性,是胎儿先天性心脏病发生的一个保护因素。
Objective:Early pregnant pregnant pregnant women red blood cell folic acid level,explore its correlation with fetal congenital heart disease.Methods:Choose October 2020 to October 2021,168 pregnant women in our hospital,for research objects complete medical history.Cases that have been diagnosed as congenital heart disease after collecting pregnancy and childbirth.Retrospective investigation of red blood cell folic acid in early pregnancy test.40 cases in accordance with the incubation conditions are set as the observation group.Choosing normal newborns,retrospective investigating red blood cell folic acid in the early pregnancy,and selected 128 cases were used as a control group.Statistically analyze the detection data.Results:Red blood cell folic acid level in control group(2468.68±609.48)nmol/L higher than the observation group(2241.06±490.93)nmol/L.t-test P=0.033<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Logistic regression analysis of red blood cell folic acid data in two groups of pregnant women.Red blood cell folic acid OR=0.313<1,P<0.05.Conclusion:Red blood cell folic acid is associated with the occurrence of fetal congenital heart disease and is a protective factor for the occurrence of fetal congenital heart disease.
