基于多重叠加式变换器的静止无功补偿器拓扑研究

摘要 静止无功补偿器能够改善系统的无功功率不平衡问题,提升电能质量,维持电压稳定。然而由三相桥式电路构成的静止无功补偿器具有开关频率高,谐波含量高的特点,易导致电网谐波污染。而基于多重化结构的静止无功补偿器可通过N个桥式变换器通过移相方式串联叠加而成,随着叠加数越多,其输出电压的电平数越多,正弦度越高,谐波含量越低。基于多重化叠加技术的静止无功补偿器常包括变换器、变压器以及电容器。介绍了基于联结组别不同的普通变压器的静止无功补偿器,与基于曲折变压器的静止无功补偿器的拓扑。并通过仿真软件搭建了仿真模型,其结果表明:该拓扑可输出高基波含量的电流,调整网侧功率因数。 Static reactive compensator can improve the system reactive power imbalance problem,improve power quality,maintain voltage stability.However,the static reactive compensator composed of three-phase bridge circuit has the characteristics of high switching frequency and high harmonic content,which can easily lead to harmonic pollution in power grid.The static reactive compensator based on the multiplex structure can be superimposed in series by N bridge converters through phase-shifting mode.With the more superimposed number,the more level of its output voltage,the higher the sinusoidal degree and the lower the harmonic content.The static reactive compensator based on multiplicative superposition technology usually includes converter,transformer and capacitor.This paper introduces the topology of the static reactive compensator based on the common transformer with different connection groups and the static reactive compensator based on the tortuous transformer.The simulation model is built by simulation software.The results show that the topology can output current with high fundamental wave content and adjust the power factor of the network side.
