摘要
设计了织物的用途、原料、组织和规格,总结了织造工艺要点,织造了3款平纹地小提花抗静电沙发套面料。3款产品的纱线有A和B两种:A纱为28 tex涤纶/精梳棉/涤纶基炭黑抗静电纤维65/34.65/0.35混纺纱,抗静电性能优异;B纱为28 tex涤棉65/35色纱。试验结果表明:经纱均为B纱,设计实例1#的纬纱全部为抗静电性能优异的A纱,设计实例2#和设计实例3#采用纬向嵌织的方式,将A纱与B纱以1∶1和1∶2的比例进行排列,不仅赋予了织物良好的抗静电性能,而且降低了生产成本。选用配有PFT可编程纬纱张力控制器的GTX型剑杆织机,按照“中车速、大张力、早开口、高后梁”的原则进行织造。所开发的3款产品集装饰性、功能性和实用性于一体,提高了装饰织物的附加值。
The use,raw materials,organization,and specifications of the fabric are designed,the key points of the weaving process is summarized,and three plain jacquard anti-static sofa cover fabrics are woven.There are two types of yarns for the three products,A is a 28tex polyester/combed cotton/polyester based carbon black anti-static fiber 65/34.65/0.35 blended yarn with excellent anti-static performance,and B is a 28 tex polyester cotton 65/35 color yarn.The results show that the using B yarn as the warp yarn,and A yarn with excellent anti-static performance as the weft yarn in Design Example 1.Using weft embedding weaving to arrange A and B in a ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 respectively in Design Examples 2 and 3,which can not only impart the fabric good anti-static performance but also reduce the production cost.Select the GTX rapier loom equipped with a PFT programmable weft tension controller,and weave according to the principle of"medium speed,high tension,early opening,and high back rest".The three products developed integrate decoration,functionality and practicality,improving the grade and added value of decorative fabrics.
