摘要
机械结构在长期运行中会受到多种因素的影响,可能出现各种潜在的故障和损伤,这些故障可能对设备的性能和安全性产生严重影响。因此,早期故障检测和预防性维护对于确保机械系统的可靠性至关重要。随着人工智能(AI)技术的不断发展,AI在机械结构故障检测领域展现出了巨大的潜力。探讨基于AI的机械结构故障检测方法及其关键技术,以提高机械系统的可维护性和性能。
Mechanical structures are affected by various factors during long-term operation and may have various potential faults and damages,which may have a serious impact on the performance and safety of equipment,so early fault detection and preventive maintenance are crucial for ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems.With the continuous development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,AI has shown great potential in the field of the fault detection of mechanical structures.This article aims to explore the methods and key techniques of the fault detection of mechanical structures based on AI,so as to improve the maintainability and performance of mechanical systems.
