摘要
旋转机械,作为现代工业的核心,其运行状态对生产过程的稳定与效率至关重要。因此,对其进行实时、精确的检测与监控显得尤为重要。然而,传统检测装置多依赖外部电源,既增加了设备复杂性又提高了成本。创新性地提出一种旋转机械自供能检测装置设计,利用机械自身运动能量供电,实现装置的独立运行与无线传输,简化了设备结构,降低了成本,为旋转机械的安全高效运行提供了有力保障。
Rotating machinery,as the heart of modern industrial operations,plays a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the entire production process.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct real-time and precise detection and monitoring of its operational status.However,traditional detection devices often rely on external power sources,adding complexity to the equipment setup and increasing costs.This paper innovatively presents a design for a self-powered detection device for rotating machinery.By ingeniously harnessing the kinetic energy generated by the machinery itself,it achieves independent operation and wireless transmission,simplifying the device structure and reducing costs.This advancement provides robust support for the safe and efficient operation of rotating machinery.
