基于LoRa通信的电气设备参数采集系统设计

摘要 目的 为现代智能电网、工业自动化以及智能家居等领域提供高效、安全、便捷的电气设备管理手段.方法 基于LoRa通信模块,搭配单片机控制系统,设计并实现了电气设备参数采集系统,给出了详细的硬件设计、软件设计方案,并对制作的系统进行了功能测试.结果 基于LoRa的电气设备参数采集系统各项功能都表现正常基本达到了预期的效果.结论 设计的系统实现了电气设备工作模式与阈值的灵活设定,更在电流、电压、功率参数超出预设阈值时,能够迅速触发声光报警机制并自动断电,从而确保电气设备的稳定运行和安全使用.此外,系统还具备主节点与子节点间的通信功能,为远程监控和管理电气设备参数提供了极大的便利,满足了设计的需求. Objective To provide efficient,safe and convenient means of electrical equipment management for modern smart grid,industrial automation and smart home.Methods Based on LORA communication module and single chip microcomputer control system,the electrical equipment parameter acquisition system was designed and implemented,the detailed hardware design and software design scheme were given,and the functional test of the system was carried out.Results The functions of the electrical equipment parameter acquisition system based on LoRa were normal and basically achieved the expected effect.Conclusion The designed system realizes the flexible setting of the working mode and threshold of the electrical equipment,and can trigger the audible and visual alarm mechanism and automatically power off when the current,voltage and power parameters exceed the preset threshold,so as to ensure the stable operation and safe use of the electrical equipment.In addition,the system also has the communication function between the master node and the child node,which provides great convenience for remote monitoring and management of electrical equipment parameters,and meets the needs of design.
