摘要
探讨了某水利工程中三角闸门的安装技术,其中,该工程位于雄安新区安新县境内,是一项涉及多项关键基础设施的综合性水利建设项目。基于该项目中三角闸门复杂的安装要求,研究了安装流程、测量放样和具体施工技术。具体而言,介绍了施工准备阶段的安装流程确定与测量放样,细化承轴台、蘑菇头、顶枢、底枢、端柱、门叶的安装以及门体的焊接和吊装施工要点,以期对进一步提升三角闸门安装技术水平予以支持。
The installation technology of the triangular gate in a water conservancy project is discussed.Among them,the project is located in Anxin County,Xiongan New Area,and it is a comprehensive water conservancy construction project involving a number of key infrastructure.Based on the complex installation requirements of the triangular gate in this project,the installation process,measurement and lofting and specific construction technology are studied.Specifically,this paper introduces the determination of the installation process,measurement and lofting in the construction preparation stage,refining the installation of the bearing table,mushroom head,top pivot,bottom pivot,end column and door blade,as well as the welding and lifting construction points of the door body,in order to further improve the installation technical level of the triangle gate.
