冷镦和冷挤压用中碳钢35B的试制

摘要 冷镦钢是制造紧固件、连接件用钢,冷镦钢性能稳定的前提是成分设计合理、工艺控制稳定,保证钢质纯净度、表面质量良好。为了获得性能稳定的35B调质型中碳钢,对化学成分进行合理设计,采用高拉碳、脱氧合金化、夹杂物变性处理等工艺以及优化合金元素的加入顺序等工艺过程控制,成功开发了冷顶锻检测合格的含硼冷镦和冷挤压用钢,满足了用户使用要求。 Cold heading steel is used for manufacture of fasteners and connecting parts.The premise of stable performance of cold heading steel is reasonable composition design,stable process control,and good steel purity and surface quality.In order to obtain 35B quenched and tempered medium carbon steel with stable performance,chemical composition was reasonably designed,and process control such as high carbon drawing,deoxidation alloying,inclusion modification treatment and optimization of addition sequence of alloy elements were adopted.Boron containing cold heading and cold extrusion steel with qualified cold heading detection was successfully developed,which met user’s requirements.
