摘要
探索对接受手术治疗的青光眼患者进行眼部按摩护理的效果。以系统随机化法,将河池市第三人民医院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的84例接受青白联合术后眼压降低效果不理想的患者均分为两组,各42例。其中对照组患者运用基础性护理,观察组则在基础性护理上加用眼部按摩。比较两组的眼压、视功能、护理满意度及预后情况。结果显示,护理后观察组的眼压与视功能情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术成功率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组的复发率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,运用眼部按摩护理,能较好改善青光眼患者的术后情况,患者的眼压更快恢复正常,复发率更低,满意度得以提升。
To explore the effectiveness of eye massage care for glaucoma patients undergoing surgical treatment.This study used systematic randomization to divide 84 patients who underwent combined blue and white surgery at Hechi Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,but had unsatisfactory results in reducing intraocular pressure,into two groups of 42 patients each.The control group received basic care,while the observation group received additional eye massage in addition to basic care.Compare the intraocular pressure,visual function,nursing satisfaction,and prognosis between the two groups.The results showed that the intraocular pressure and visual function of the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The success rate of surgery in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that using eye massage care can effectively improve the postoperative condition of glaucoma patients,with faster recovery of intraocular pressure,lower recurrence rate,and improved satisfaction.
