摘要
以35℃高温驯化处理3 d和4 d的金线莲资源“梅花山”为试材,采用主成分分析(PCA)方法,研究了高温驯化处理后对金线莲植株性状、生理生化指标及营养品质的影响,以期了解金线莲资源“梅花山”对温度的热敏感性,为金线莲耐热新品系或新品种筛选及栽培技术的提高提供参考依据。结果表明:高温驯化后金线莲植株出芽率降低、植株变矮、植株变粗、干物质含量提高;叶绿素含量提高、相对电导率下降和可溶性蛋白质含量升高;还原糖、黄酮和总游离氨基酸含量降低,多糖和植株总酚含量提高,微量元素含量增加或降低。将出芽率、株高、茎粗、单株、干物质含量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、多糖、黄酮、总酚、总游离氨基酸、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、K等20个指标进行PCA分析,共提取了2个主要成分,累计方差贡献率100.00%。综上所述,35℃高温驯化处理4 d金线莲的耐热性表现最优,其次为处理3 d;高温驯化是一种提高金线莲耐热性的有效措施。
Anoectochilus rorburghii resources‘Meihuashan'treated at 35℃C for 3 days and 4 days were used as the test materials.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used to study the effects of high temperature acclimation on plant traits,physiological and biochemical indexes and nutritional quality of Anoectochilus rorburghii,in order to understand the thermal sensitivity of Anoectochilus roburghii‘Meihuashan'to temperature,and to provide reference for the screening of new heat-resistant strains or new varieties and the improvement of cultivation techniques.The results showed that high temperature acclimation reduced the sprouting rate and the plant height,increased the stem diameter and dry matter content.High temperature acclimation could increase the chlorophyll content and the soluble protein contentdecrease the relative conductivity of Anoectochilus rozburghii.High temperature acclimation would reduce the content of reducing sugar,flavonoids and total free amino acids in Anoectochilus rorburghii,increase the content of polysaccharides and total phenols,and increase or decrease the content of trace elements in Anoectochilus rorburghi.The germination rate,plant height,stem diameter,weight per plant,dry matter content,chlorophyll content,relative conductivity,soluble protein,reducing sugar,polysaccharide,flavonoids,total phenols,total free amino acids,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,K and other 20 elements were analyzed by PCA.A total of 2 principal components were identified,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 100.00%.The results of principal component analysis showed that the heat resistance of Anoectochilus rorburghii was highest after 4 days of high temperature acclimation at 35 C,followed by 3 days treatment.High temperature acclimation is an effective measure to improve the heat resistance of Anoectochilus ro.tburghii.
