“双碳”背景下地方高校电气自动化专业人才培养模式的改革研究

摘要 改革人才培养模式,促进传统电气类专业转型升级,是电力行业应对“双碳”目标战略下人才需求变化的重要举措。在“双碳”目标内涵的驱使下,电力行业人才呈现需求量大、岗位多元,专业人才知识领域宽、覆盖面广,复合型人才更具竞争优势等特征。但当前,有些地方高校电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养还存在培养目标与定位不够精准、课程体系与“双碳”人才需求不匹配、专业教育课程“思政”融合缺乏整体性和系统性、实践教学环节薄弱、专业师资紧缺等问题。要解决这些问题,需要从培养目标精准性、课程体系适应性、课程思政体系化、实践教学科学化、师资队伍健全化等方面全面改革,满足“双碳”背景下电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养的要求。 To reform the personnel training mode to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional electrical special-ty is an important measure for the power industry to cope with the change of talent demand under the“double carbon”strategy.Un-der the target connotation of“double carbon”,the demand for talents in the power industry are characterized by large quantity,di-verse job positions,a wide coverage of professional knowledge fields,more competitive advantages of composite talents.But cur-rently,there are issues with talent cultivation of electrical engineering and automation in local universities,such as inaccurate training goals and positioning,the mismatch between curriculum system and demand for“double-carbon”talents,lack of overall and systematic integration of ideological and political education into professional education courses,weak practical teaching links,shortage of professional teachers.To solve these problems,comprehensive reforms should be carried out from five aspects:preci-sion of training objectives,adaptability of curriculum system,systematization of ideological and political education,scientificiza-tion of practical teaching,and soundness of teaching staff,in order to meet the requirements of talent cultivation in the field of elec-trical engineering and automation under the background of“dual carbon”.
