摘要
钙化性纤维性肿瘤(Calcifying Fibrous Tumor,CFT)是一种罕见的良性间叶源性肿瘤,极少多发,女性略多见(57.3%)。CFT可发生于全身任何部位,但最常见于胃(18.6%)和小肠(13.6%),其次为胸膜(9.5%)。虽然CFT主要见于胃,但由于其发病率低,术前准确诊断极为困难,并且这些肿瘤很容易被误诊为其他间叶源性肿瘤,如胃间质瘤(Gastric Stromal Tumor,GSTs)。本文报道福建医科大学附属第二医院2例CFT,以期加强临床对该病的认识并对其进行正确诊治。
Calcifying fibrous tumor(CFT)is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor,with multiple occurrences being extremely uncommon.It has a slight female predominance(57.3%).CFT can occur in any part of the body,with the most common locations being the stomach(18.6%)and small intestine(13.6%),followed by the pleura(9.5%),among others.Although CFT is most frequently found in the stomach,its low incidence makes preoperative diagnosis challenging,and these tumors are often misdiagnosed as other mesenchymal tumors,such as gastric stromal tumors(GSTs).This report presents two cases of CFT from our hospital,aiming to enhance awareness of this disease and guide its accurate diagnosis and treatment.
