摘要
目的:本研究旨在调查四川大学华西临床医学院本科生对全科医学的认知及其未来职业规划,旨在提高医学生对全科医学的认知水平,并为其职业发展和就业提供指导性参考。方法:采用问卷星电子问卷对四川大学华西临床医学院的51名临床医学本科生进行了现场调查,并对数据进行了描述性统计分析。结果:在51名调查对象中共有50份有效问卷,43名(86%)学生对全科医学有部分了解但仍存在困惑,4名(8%)学生表示非常了解。41名(82%)学生计划攻读专科硕士学位,而9名(18%)学生考虑毕业后直接工作或做全科医师规范化培训或转行。收入、兴趣和医患关系分别为影响学生未来职业选择的前三大因素。结论:医学本科生对全科医学的认知相对有限,建议在理论学习和实践中加强对全科医学的教育。医学生的职业规划受多种复杂因素影响,因此有必要尽早为其提供职业规划指导。
Objective:This study aimed to investigate clinical medicine undergraduates'understanding and career planning regarding general practice,intending to enhance their awareness of the field and provide guidance for career development.Methods:An electronic survey was conducted on 51 undergraduates from the West China School of Clinical Medicine,and data were analyzed descriptively.Results:A total of 50 valid questionnaires out of 51 respondents.43(86%)had a partial understanding,and 4(8%)had a thorough understanding.41(82%)students would pursue a specialized master's degree,9(18%)medical students intended to work or receive residenttraining directly after graduation.Income,interest,and doctor-patient relationships ranked as the top factors affecting career choice.Conclusion:Medical undergraduates have limited awareness of general practice.Enhanced education in theory and practice is recommended to broaden their knowledge.
