摘要
在中国式现代化建设进程中,高等教育扮演着越来越重要的角色,特别是高校二级学院,直接担负着一流大学、一流学科建设,以及高水平人才培养的艰巨任务,加强高校二级学院基层治理和改革是实现高等教育高质量发展必然面对的现实问题。兰州大学物理学院着眼基层治理面临的迫切问题,坚持“四个结合”改革导向,从发展咨询、议事决策、执行落实、日常管理、评价考核五个维度立体推进基层治理改革,着力推动学院跨越式发展。文章以兰州大学物理学院为例,主要介绍了基层治理改革的导向、五个方面的改革路径及相关经验。
In the process of building Chinese-style modernization,higher education plays an increasingly important role,especially the secondary colleges in colleges and universities,which directly shoulder the arduous task of first-class universities,first-class discipline construction and high-level talent training.Strengthening the grass-roots governance and reform of secondary colleges in colleges and universities is a practical problem that must be faced to achieve high-quality development of higher education.The School of Physics at Lanzhou University focuses on the urgent problems faced by grassroots governance,adheres to the"four combinations"reform orientation,and promotes grassroots governance reform from five dimensions:development consulting,deliberation and decision-making,execution and implementation,daily management,evaluation and assessment,focusing on promoting the leapfrog development of the college.This article takes the School of Physics at Lanzhou University as an example,mainly introducing the guidance of grassroots governance reform,five reform paths,and related experiences.
