课堂革命视角下涉老专业“活动式”课堂开发与实践

摘要 文章针对高职涉老专业学生学习主动性较差、专业认同不够的特点,结合人才培养需求,设计了连续4个学期的“活动式”课堂内容并进行了实践,通过分析反思日志、调查学生对待老年人的态度等方面评价实践效果。结果发现,“活动式”课堂可提升高职涉老专业学生的学习主动性,改善学生对待老年人的态度。 The article aims to address the characteristics of poor learning initiative and insufficient professional identification among students majoring in elderly related majors in higher vocational education.Based on the needs of talent cultivation,an"activity-based"classroom content was designed for four consecutive semesters and put into practice.The effectiveness of the practice was evaluated through analyzing reflection logs,investigating students'attitudes towards the elderly,and other aspects.It was found that"activity-based"classrooms can enhance the learning initiative of vocational college students majoring in elderly care and improve their attitudes towards the elderly.
