摘要 转子系统的许多非线性因素由于转子偏心的存在而得到放大 .文中将电磁轴承控制与挤压油膜阻尼器相结合 ,用于转子系统的控制 .这种控制方法可以对转子系统不平衡所引起的离心力进行主动控制 ,避免出现转子与静子之间的碰磨 .给出了系统动力学模型、系统控制框图 ,并进行了仿真计算 .仿真结果验证了这一控制方案的可行性 . Many nonlinear factors of a rotor system are amplified because of the off-center of the rotor. In this paper, a new control method of the rotor system is put forward, and it is to combine electromagnetic bearing control with a extruded oil-film damper. It controls actively the centrifugal force produced by the nonbalance of the rotor system, so the impack and friction between rotor and stator. The dynamic model and control block diagram of the system are presented. Its simulation calculation is conducted, and the result shows that the active control method is feasible.
