摘要
介绍一种快速有效的提取真菌DNA的方法 .用此方法提取了不同属真菌、酵母菌的DNA ,均获得比较满意的结果 .并用所提取的DNA作模板扩增 ,得到了可用作测序的PCR产物 .
An improved method of extracting DNA from fungi is reported in this paper.It was used to extract DNA from different kind of fungi and yeasts,and the quality of the extraction may satisfy the need of molecular analysis.
