摘要
本文分析了信息素质的概念 ,阐述了信息素质的相关因素 ,包括信息环境、信息心理、信息行为与信息道德 。
This article analysed the conception of the information quality and elaborated interrelated factors which include information environment,information psychology,information action,information morality.Then this article raised the contents and the methods of developing information quality.
