摘要
本文对制革废铬液的二次利用和铬回收进行了试验研究,并取得了最佳参数。实践表明,废铬液用于软化裸皮浸酸、浸酸裸皮初鞣和在废铬液中补充适量的新化铬鞣液用于鞣制二层皮,均取得了较好的效果,可分别节约红矾钠15%和60%。一个中型制革厂,全年可得经济效益7万元左右。环境效益也十分显著。
The test of chrome waste reuse and chrome recovery were described. The best parameters have obtained. The results show that chrome waste can be utilized to pickle the soft pelt to tan the pickled pelt as well as the second ply leather by adding appropriate amount of fresh chrome liquor, in this way, 150% and 60% sodium dichromate can be saved respectively. For a median size tannery, about 70 thousand yuan can be saved annually. The environmental effectiveness is more evident.
