摘要
综述了近年来葵粕中绿原酸的研究进展情况和应用前景 ,具体介绍了绿原酸的化学结构及其性质 ,绿原酸的检测技术 ,提取纯化的方法和绿原酸的生物活性。
The research progress and applied prospect of chlorogenic acid from sunflower meal was reviewed in this paper. The chemical structure, property, analysis, separation and purification technology, bioactivity of chlorogenic acid were mainly discussed in detail.
