摘要
目的 探讨不同病因上消化道大出血的手术处理原则。方法 回顾性病例分析。结果 本组治愈 13 5例 ,治愈率 90 .6% ,恶化 3例 ,死亡 13例 ,死亡率 8.7%。结论 要根据病人的出血原因和部位 ,年龄、身体状态 。
Objective: To discuss the surgical principle in upper digestive tract bleeding by different cases. Methods: All cases are analyzed retrospectively. Results: 135 cases were cured (90.6%),3 cases got worse,13 cases were dead(8.7%). Conclusion: A propriate surgical method should be chosen according to the different reason and the location of bleeding,patient's age and hepatic function etc. Individually.
