摘要
目的 探讨处理产程异常的方法。方法 将 2 0 6例产妇随机分为两组 ,治疗组 13 0例 ,对照组 13 0例 ,前者用安定与催产素催产治疗 ;后者不用药。结果 治疗组宫颈扩张率平均增加 2 .81cm/h ,对照组 2 .43cm/h ,治疗组宫缩持续时间平均为 3 9.94± 7.871秒 ,而对照组为 3 0 .3 1± 9.0 1秒。结论 安定与催产素催产可以加快宫颈口扩张的速度 ,缩短产程 ,减少产后出产量 ,降低新生儿窒息率。
Objective Studies to handle the stage of labor of the abnormality's method.Methods Divided 260 pregnant women into two sets with the machines.treatment set 130cases.Matched control 130 cases,The former use Valium-Oxytocin to treatment,Need not medicine of the latter.Reaults Trestment set average gain of rate of dilation of cervix 2.81 cm/h.matched control 2.43mc/h,treatment set the contraction deep on the time average to 39.94±7.87 seconds,but matched control is 30.13±9.01 second.Conclusions Valium-Oxytocin can speed for dilation of cervix,and shorten the stage of labor,and reduce the measurement of bleeding in the postnatal period,and lower the rate of the asphyxiation of the new born.
