摘要
科技体制改革,加速了科研成果和技术的流通、扩散,促进了经济发展。技术市场的开拓,推动了技术成果商品化,这对传统的高校科研提出了新的挑战,科学技术管理工作无论是从观念上,还是从实践上都带来了一系列新问题。本文试就技术商品化条件下的技术开发管理和当前科技管理中几个急待解决的问题作一探讨。
The reformation of the system of science and technology speeds up the circulating and spreading of the scientific and technical achievements and promotes also the economy development.The exploitation of technical market not only expedites the commercializing of scientific and technical achievement but also gives a challenge to the traditional science research in universities and brings a series of new problems to science and technology management regardless of idea and practice.In this article,under the conditions of technical achievements commercializing,the technology exploitation managing and some problems urged to be resolved in science and technology management at present time are discussed.
