摘要
论述了世界有机食品的起源及发展趋势,回顾了我国绿色食品及有机食品的发展历程,介绍了我省绿色食品发展历史及现状,分析了我省发展绿色食品及有机食品的制约因素,提出我省农产品应该全面推广无公害食品生产规范,适度发展绿色食品,从整体上提高农产品质量,保障食品安全。
The origin and development tendency of organicfood in the world is introduced in this paper, the development history of greenfood and organicfood in our country is retrospected, the history and present developing situation in our province is introduced, the restrictive factors of developing organicfood and greenfood in our province is analysed, and the strategy of developing greenfood in our province is raised. Non-pollution food producing standards should be extended all-sidedly to the farm products in our province and greenfood should be developed adequately, to raise farm product quality in whole and guarantee food safety.
