摘要
目的 :评价经腹膜后腔行腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床价值 .方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 3月至今开展的6例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术进行分析 .6例中 4例为皮质醇腺瘤 ,2例为醛固酮腺瘤 .结果 :6例手术均获成功 ,手术时间 90～ 14 0min ,平均 110min ;失血量 30～ 10 0mL ,平均 6 0mL ,术中及术后均未输血 ,6例均无并发症 .结论 :后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有对组织损伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点 。
To evaluate retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for benign adrenal tumors. Methods: From March 2002, 6 cases of adrenocortical adenoma were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Results: The procedure was successful for all cases and the operative time was 90～140?min with a mean of 110?min; there was no need for blood transfusion with the blood loss fange from 30 to 100?mL and no complication occurred during or postoperatively. Conclusion: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a procedure with microinvasive; less bleeding; less complications and rapid postoperative recovery, the laparoscopic adrenalectomy should be the first choice for benign adrenal adenoma.
