带有功率因数校正的电荷控制型Flyback变换器的分析与设计

摘要 研究了电源变换器的电荷控制方式。阐述了电荷控制方式中次谐波振荡与电源及负载之间的关系 ,并对电荷控制型变换器作了小信号分析 ,建立了小信号模型。利用电荷控制 ,Flyback功率因数校正器可工作在连续导通模式 ,并具有单位功率因数 ,其电路结构简单 ,成本低 ,具有良好的应用前景。但它仅适用于电源功率比较小的场合。 A power converter control method, charge control,is studied. The relationship between the subharmonic oscillation and line/load condition of charge control is defined. A complete Small-signal analysis is performed. The small-signal model is confirmed. Using charge control, a Flyback converter can operate in continuous conduction-mode (CCM) with unity power factor. Due to its simplicity and low cost, Flyback PFC is suitable for low power applications. The results show good prospects of application.
