摘要
根据半导体激光器的特点,设计了一种基于集成芯片LTM4600和QX7136的小型半导体激光器驱动电源。该电路具有输入电压范围宽,输出电流大,转换效率和电流稳定度高的特点。经实验证明,输出电压在5~40 V可调,输出电流在0~10 A内可调,电源转换效率为66%,电流稳定度为100ppm。设计的驱动电源适合应用于小型半导体激光器便携式设备中。
According to the semiconductor laser performance characteristics,two kinds of semiconductor laser's drive circuit are designed,a driving circuit based on LTM4600 and QX7136and another circuit based on LTM4600 and QX9920.This circuits has the characteristics of wide input voltage range,large output current,high conversion efficiency and high precision of constant current.The experimental results show that the output voltage can be adjusted in 5~40V,the power conversion efficiency is 66% and the current stability is 100 ppm.This circuit is more suitable for portable equipment.
