摘要
西部矿产资源丰富,但环境十分脆弱。既合理开发利用西部矿产资源,又利于保护西部生态环境是人们异常关注的现实问题。从不同方面论述西部矿产资源开发利用的路径,其中加强矿产资源调查评价与勘查是基础,建立西部矿产资源特区促使资源合理利用与加强矿山生态环境保护是关键,加强矿产资源管理与市场建设是保障。
The mineral deposits in western areas are rich,but fragile,therefor e, how to tap and make full use of the deposits without destroying ecological envir onment in western areas is the practical issues that people are concerned about. This paper discusses the path of mineral deposits development in different aspec ts.It proposes that emphasis on evaluation on and exploration for mineral deposi ts is the foundation,how to establish a special region and protect mine environm ent is the kernel and how to strengthen the mineral deposits management and mark et construction is the safeguard.
