摘要
为了改善润滑油基础油的氧化安定性,提高白土精制过程的脱氮效果,在精制过程中加入一种酸性助剂,在相同的反应条件下,考察酸性助剂对白土精制过程脱氮效果的影响。结果表明:酸性助剂提高了白土的脱氮能力,当达到相同的脱氮率时,可减少白土用量2%~3%。加入的酸性助剂不影响油品的酸值。
In order to improve the oxidation stability of lube base oil, an acid assistant is added in the refining process to enhance the denitrogen effect of clay refining. The effect of acid assistant on denitrogen in refining is prospected at the same reactive conditions. The result shows that the denitrogen capacity of clay is increased,the volume of clay might be reduced by 2%~3% while it is at the same efficiency of denitrogen.The acid assistant can not effect the acid value of lube base oil.
