摘要
本文基于工作任务的视角,将制造业企业员工工作任务划分为常规操作型任务、非常规技术型任务和非常规社交型任务,探讨制造业企业数字化转型对不同工作任务的影响和作用机制,并利用中国A股制造业上市公司的数据进行了实证检验。研究发现:首先,制造业企业数字化转型对常规操作型任务具有破坏效应,而对非常规技术型和非常规社交型任务具有创造效应。其次,制造业企业数字化转型主要通过促进企业服务化转型和技术创新来减少对常规操作型任务的需求,并增加对非常规技术型和非常规社交型任务的需求。最后,制造业企业数字化转型对不同工作任务的影响在企业所处地区和要素密集度不同的条件下存在显著差异。本研究为深入理解企业数字化转型的就业效应提供了新的理论视角和经验证据。
This paper divides the work tasks of employees in manufacturing enterprises into routine manual tasks,non-routine technical tasks and non-routine social tasks,analyzes the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises on different work tasks and the mechanisms,and empirically examines them using the data of China’s A-share listed manufacturing companies.The study finds that firstly,digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has a destructive effect on routine manual tasks,but has a creative effect on non-routine technical and non-routine social tasks.Second,digital transformation of manufacturing firms reduces the demand for routine manual tasks and increases the demand for non-routine technical and non-routine social tasks mainly by facilitating the service-oriented transformation of firms and technological innovation.Finally,the impact of digital transformation on different tasks in manufacturing firms varies significantly under conditions of different firm locations and factor intensities.This study provides new theoretical perspectives and empirical evidence for a deeper understanding of the employment effects of digital transformation in enterprises.
