“双减”视域下教师教育变革:机遇、挑战与应对

摘要 “双减”政策旨在“提质增效”,中小学教师作为教育变革的中坚力量,其专业素养关乎“双减”落地成效,这需要通过有效的教师教育来保障。研究“双减”视域下的教师教育变革对于完善中小学教师专业素养结构、建构教师教育赋能基础教育发展的作用体系具有积极意义。“双减”一方面为教师教育带来变革的机遇,助力教师教育变革理念的澄明和行动的改进;另一方面也给教师教育带来变革的价值取向、方法论定位及文化性条件等挑战。“双减”视域下的教师教育变革,有必要围绕“生本位”观念力、教师教育者的在地化培育力、课堂教学质量的可持续改进力、教育“三习”成效的表现性评价力及协同育人机制的一体化构建力等开展。 The“Double Reduction”aims to reduce the burden on students while improving the quality of education.As the backbone of educational reform,the professional competence of primary and secondary school teachers is crucial for the successful implementation of the“Double Reduction”,which requires effective teacher education to ensure its success.Studying the reform of teacher education from the perspective of“Double Reduction”has positive significance for improving the professional competence structure of primary and secondary school teachers and constructing a system of teacher education that empowers the development of basic education.On the one hand,“Double Reduction”brings opportunities for reform in teacher education,helping to clarify the concept of teacher education reform and improve its implementation.On the other hand,it also brings challenges,such as changing the value orientation,adjusting methodologies,and addressing cultural factors in teacher education.The reform of teacher education under the“Double Reduction”should focus on several key areas,such as the“student-centered”approach,the localized cultivation of teacher educators,the sustainable improvement of classroom teaching quality,the expressive evaluation of the effectiveness of the“Three Practice”in education,and the integrated construction of collaborative education mechanisms.
