“三全育人”视域下高校管理人员与辅导员协同育人机制研究

On the Collaborative Education Mechanism Between Administrators and Counselors in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three-Wide Education”

摘要 在“三全育人”视域下,高校管理人员与辅导员共同肩负着人才培养的历史责任与重要使命,是全员育人的重要力量。二者有效协调配合有助于整合育人资源,实现优势互补,形成育人合力,更好地引导学生树立正确的价值观和培养高质量复合型人才。当前,高校管理人员与辅导员在协同育人方面仍存在意识不强、机制不畅通、形式单一和机制未健全等问题,其协同育人的路径在于:(一)强化育人意识,明晰双方责任;(二)完善制度体系,保障规范运行;(三)搭建育人平台,加强沟通交流;(四)积极创新探索,构建育人新模式;(五)加大宣传引导,营造良好育人氛围。 From the perspective of“three-wide education”,administrators and counselors in colleges and universities share the historical responsibility and significant mission of talent cultivation,constituting an essential force in the holistic development of students.Effective coordination and collaboration between the two parties can help integrate educational resources,achieve complementary advantages,and form a synergistic force in education,thereby better guiding students to establish correct values and cultivating highly skilled and interdisciplinary talents.Currently,there are still issues such as inadequate awareness,inefficient mechanisms,monotonous approaches,and incomplete systems in their collaborative education.The strategies for their collaborative education include:(1)Enhancing the educational mindset and defining the responsibilities of both sides;(2)Perfecting the system framework to ensure orderly operations;(3)Establishing platforms for education to boost communication and interaction;(4)Making innovations to develop new paradigms in education;(5)Intensifying promotional guidance to create a conducive atmosphere for education.
