基于复合目标的北方城市河湖需水量估算及生态效益评估研究--Ⅱ.方法应用

摘要 将前文构建的北方城市河湖需水量估算方法在北京市中心城区进行应用,对“基本需求情景”和“理想需求情景”下的城市河湖需水量进行了估计.结果表明:1)理想需求情景下,同时提高河道流速和水深2个要素将显著加大河道补水需求,合理采用静态补水或降低动态补水的控制水深是兼顾水资源高效利用和满足河湖补水需求的有效途径之一;2)“基本需求情景”和“理想需求情景”下,北京市中心城区主要规划河湖补水需求总量分别为2.0亿和10.8亿m^(3)·a^(−1),理想需求情景下的逐月补水需求呈现出明显的季节差异,夏季多、春秋冬季少;3)补水将增大河湖水面面积,有助于提升河湖及周边区域生境质量. In PartⅡof this work the water demand estimation method developed in PartⅠwas applied to Beijing central urban area,to estimate water demand for rivers and lakes under“basic demand scenario”and“ideal demand scenario”.Under“ideal demand scenario”,increases in both velocity of river flow and water depth will significantly increase river water demand.Adopting a reasonable still water supply or lowering flowing water depth is an effective way to balance water use efficiency and large river water demand.Total water demand for the main rivers and lakes in Beijing central urban area under“basic demand scenario”and“ideal demand scenario”are 200 million and 1.08 billion cubic meters per year,respectively.Monthly water demand under“ideal demand scenario”shows significant seasonal variation,more in summer and less in spring,autumn,and winter.Water supply will increase surface area of rivers and lakes,to improve ecological quality of rivers and lakes and their surrounding areas.
