摘要
针对天丝织物具有易原纤化的特点,研究了不同整理方法对其抗原纤化性能的影响,包括使用高分子聚合物在纤维表面形成保护膜,采用树脂交联剂提高原纤之间横向的连接,以及利用有机硅高分子和水润滑剂改变纤维表面的摩擦行为。结果表明:树脂交联整理和水润滑剂整理具有较好的改善效果;而高分子成膜整理和有机硅整理仅在干态摩擦时具有抗原纤化作用,在湿态摩擦和家庭水洗时效果不明显。
Aiming at fibrillation of lyocell,several methods of anti fibrillation are carried out,including the-of protective film using a high-molecular mass polymer,enhancing the binding force between fibers through a cross-linking agent,and utilizing organosilicon and aqueous lubrication agent to change the friction performance on the surface.The results show that cross-linking agent and aqueous lubrication agent can-improve the fibrillation.However,polyurethane and organsilicon agent can improve fibrillation only in dry state while they have no significant effect in wet state.
