高瓦斯低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔布置优化探究

Exploration on Optimization of Drilling Layout for Gas Extraction in High Gas and Low Breathability Coal Seam

摘要 针对山西某矿煤层瓦斯含量高,瓦斯预抽采效率低,存在安全生产隐患大的问题,为有效提高瓦斯抽采效率,基于该矿瓦斯抽采工程概况,采用数值模拟法分析了群孔钻孔模式下,瓦斯抽采时间、钻孔孔径与间距及煤层渗透率等关键参数影响瓦斯有效抽采半径的情况,分析了群孔钻孔与钻孔间彼此作用影响瓦斯运移的情况,对比分析了菱形钻孔排列与矩形钻孔排列对瓦斯抽采效果的影响。结果表明:菱形钻孔排列比矩形钻孔排列的瓦斯抽采效果更好,且当抽采负压为14 kPa,钻孔孔径与孔距分别为94 mm与2 m时,把群孔间距布设为3 m能达到最佳的瓦斯抽采效果。 Aiming at the problem of high gas content in the coal seam of a mine in Shanxi,low efficiency of gas pre-extraction,and the existence of a large safety hazard,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of gas extraction,based on the overview of the mine's gas extraction project,numerical simulation was used to analyze the impact of key parameters such as the time of gas extraction,the diameter and spacing of drilling holes,and the permeability of the coal seam on the radius of the effective extraction under the mode of group-hole drilling,and the impact of the interaction between group-hole drilling and the rectangular drilling arrangement on the effect of gas transport was compared.It also analyzes the interaction between the group holes and the drilling holes to affect the gas transportation,and compares and analyzes the influence of the rhombic drilling arrangement and rectangular drilling arrangement on the effect of gas extraction.The results show that:The rhombic drilling arrangement has better gas extraction effect than the rectangular drilling arrangement,and when the negative pressure of the extraction is 14 kPa,and the drilling holes'diameters and spacing are 94 mm and 2 m respectively,the group holes'spacing of 3 m can reach the optimal effect of gas extraction.
