摘要
水飞蓟素具有抗氧化、抗炎等生物活性。但水飞蓟素在水中溶解度差,导致其生物利用度低。利用固体分散体、环糊精包合、磷脂复合物、纳米技术等制剂技术提高水飞蓟素的吸收和生物利用度可增强其治疗作用。综述了提高水飞蓟素生物利用度的制剂技术最新研究进展,以期能发挥水飞蓟素的诸多治疗潜力。
Silymarin has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory biological activities.However,silymarin has poor solubility in water,resulting in its low bioavailability.Improving the absorption and bioavailability of silymarin by solid dispersion,cyclodextrin inclusion,phospholipid complex and nanotechnology could enhance its therapeutic effect.This review summarizes the latest research advances in formulation technologies to enhance the bioavailability of silymarin,with the aim of exploiting its numerous therapeutic potential.
