摘要
在火焰喷涂超高分子聚乙烯 (UHMWPE) /石墨 (G)复合涂层配方中采用了偶联剂处理技术 ,并采用拉力试验机及红外光谱仪等对涂层结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,偶联剂TPM的加入 ,使复合涂层的力学性能得到了明显改善。当TPM用量为石墨的 2 % (质量比 ) ,WUHMWPE/WG=10 0 /2 0时 ,复合涂层综合性能较好 ,涂层与基体的结合强度为 6.82MPa ;综合自拉伸强度为 3 2 .79MPa。
UHMWPE/graphite composite coating was produced by flame spraying, and the structure and properties of the coating were studied. Results showed that the adhesive strength of composite coating was greater than 6.82 MPa and the self-tensile strength was 32.79 MPa under UHMWPE/G=100/15.
