摘要
目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片应用于高血压病治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择2021年1月-2023年1月收治的高血压病患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组使用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组使用厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察两组患者的血压、临床指标及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组血压和各项指标改善均优于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病效果显著,患者依从性好,不良反应和并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of irbesartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the management of hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 hospitalized patients with hypertension from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled and randomly assigned to either the control group or the observation group using a random number table,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received nifedipine controlled-release tablets,whereas the observation group was treated with a combination of irbesartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets.Blood pressure,clinical parameters,and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and various indexes in the observation group were improved better than those in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of irbesartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of hypertension,with the additional benefits of fewer side effects,improved patient compliance,and a reduced risk of complications,making it a valuable option for clinical application.
