摘要
为揭示数字孪生技术的应用在增强城市韧性方面的潜力,结合数字孪生技术,探讨数字孪生技术在韧性城市发展中的关键作用及其与韧性城市建设之间的内在联系。通过对国内外研究现状的分析,结合国内现有项目的实践经验,剖析数字孪生技术在城市规划与应急响应等方面赋能韧性城市建设的有效策略应用,提出数字孪生技术赋能韧性城市发展的方法与路径。研究表明,数字孪生技术能够协助城市管理者更准确地理解城市运行机制,优化资源配置,提升城市抵御自然灾害与突发事件的能力,为构建更具韧性的城市提供理论与实践支持,促进城市的可持续发展。
In order to reveal the potential of the application of digital twin technology in enhancing urban resilience,the study explores the key role of digital twin technology in the development of resilient cities and the internal relationship between digital twin technology and resilient city construction.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status,the study combines with the practical experience of existing domestic projects,analyzes the effective strategy application of digital twin technology in urban planning and emergency response to enable resilient city construction,and puts forward the methods and paths of digital twin technology to enable resilient city development.Research shows that digital twin technology can help city managers to more accurately know the operation mechanism of the city,optimize the allocation of resources,and improve the city’s ability to withstand natural disasters and emergencies,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of more resilient cities,and promote the sustainable development of cities.
