摘要
师范院校设立附属学校并由大学教育学教授担任附属学校校长彰显了师范教育特色。进入21世纪,教授校长办学这一历史传统被赋予了当代价值:以大学精神推动基础教育优质均衡发展,以学术理性引领中小学实践变革,以理实相生助力教师教育质量提升。未来,要实现大学教授担任中小学校长的常态化,就必须建立长效机制,保障大学教授的跨界办学、角色切换;正视跨界的困难,消解文化和角色冲突。
Appointment of professors in the school of education as principals of affiliated schools to normal universities highly reflects the features of normal education.In the 21st century,the tradition of professor-titled principals has been endowed with contemporary value:promoting the high-quality and balanced development of basic education with the spirit of universities;leading the practical reform of primary and secondary schools with academic rationality;and improving the quality of teacher education through the interaction of theory and reality.In the future,it is necessary to normalize the appointment of university professors as principals of primary and secondary schools,establish a long-term mechanism,and ensure cross-boundary school running and role transition of university professors.In addition,difficulties of cross-boundary cooperation should be dealt with directly in solving the cultural and role conflicts.
