摘要
近年来,农村中小学陪读热潮将所有家长裹挟在弥漫性的教育焦虑之下,重塑了农村家庭劳动力分工和家庭经济积累进程。调研分析表明,农村精英阶层、在乡兼业阶层、半工半耕阶层、弱势阶层分别发展出进城陪读、亲代陪读、关键期陪读和无奈放弃陪读的差异化教育策略。而大规模农村陪读现象与农村阶层跃升通道有限、城乡教育资源差距较大、学校教育功能偏移、教育责任伦理家庭化等社会因素密切相关。农村社会崇文传统的底层文化基因,村庄家族间、阶层间积极的面子竞争,以及个体家庭冲破阶层固化的渴求,共同形成了阶层间教育竞争的动力机制。
In recent years,the phenomenon of educational accompaniment for rural primary and middle school students has swept parents into a pervasive anxiety about education,reshaping labor division and economic accumulation in rural households.Research shows that rural elite families,semi-professional households,part-time farming households,and disadvantaged families have adopted different educational strategies:urban relocation for accompaniment,direct parental involvement,accompaniment during critical periods,and reluctant abandonment of accompaniment,respectively.The widespread phenomenon of rural accompaniment is closely related to social factors including limited upward mobility in rural social classes,significant disparities in urban and rural educational resources,the functional deviation of schools,and the familialization of educational responsibilities.Rooted in the cultural gene of rural society's traditional respect for education,coupled with competitive dynamics for social prestige among clans and classes,and the individual family's desire to break through class solidification,these factors collectively form the driving mechanism behind educational competition across classes in rural areas.
