摘要
目的:探索高职护生述情障碍潜在类别,并分析其影响因素。方法:采取便利抽样法,于2023年10月—11月纳入安徽省某高职院校2022级及2023级高职护生828人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版多伦多述情障碍量表、中文版人际反应指针问卷进行调查。采用潜在剖面分析探索高职护生述情障碍潜在分型,确定其最佳分型,运用Logistic回归分析探讨述情障碍潜在类别的影响因素。结果:高职护生述情障碍可分为3个类别,其中非述情障碍或低危组62人(7.5%),述情障碍中危组351人(42.4%),述情障碍高危组415人(50.1%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭居住地、选择护理专业原因、共情能力是高职护生述情障碍潜在类别的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:高职护生述情障碍存在异质性,护理教育者和教育管理者应及时识别存在述情障碍的高职护生,平衡发展共情能力,降低述情障碍水平。
Objective:To explore the potential categories of alexithymia among nursing students in vocational and to analyze their influencing factors.Methods:A total of 828 nursing students from the 2022 and 2023 vocational colleges in Anhui province were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling from October to November 2023.General information survey,Chinese version Toronto Alexithymia Scale,and Chinese version Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C were used for the survey.The potential classification of alexithymia among nursing students was explored by latent profile analysis,and the optimal classification was determined.The influencing factors of the potential categories of alexithymia was explored by Logistic regression analysis.Results:Alexithymia among nursing students in vocational could be divided into 3 categories,included 62 individuals(7.5%)in the non-expressive disorder or low-risk group,351 individuals(42.4%)in the moderate risk group,and 415 individuals(50.1%)in the high-risk group.The Logistic regression analysis results showed that family residence,reasons for choosing nursing majors,and empathy ability were potential influencing factors of the categories of alexithymia among nursing students in vocational(P<0.05).Conclusions:There is heterogeneity in the alexithymia among nursing students in vocational.Nursing educators and educational managers should promptly identify nursing students in vocational with alexithymia,balance the development of empathy ability,and reduce the level of alexithymia.
