摘要
目的探究微信平台的构建在产后抑郁患者中的应用对生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2020年2月—2023年2月聊城市中医医院收治的100例产后抑郁患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组,各50例。对照组实施个性化护理干预,观察组实施基于构建微信平台护理干预,比较两组患者产后1周爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale,EPDS)评分、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果产后1周,观察组EPDS评分为(16.10±4.28)分,低于对照组的(20.98±3.77)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.627,P<0.05)。护理后随访3个月、6个月,观察组护理满意度分别为82.00%(41/50)、96.00%(48/50),均高于对照组的64.00%(32/50)、80.00%(40/50),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.110,6.061;P均<0.05)。护理后随访3个月、6个月,观察组生活质量评分分别为(79.21±6.10)分、(84.65±5.43)分,均高于对照组的(73.69±5.88)分、(76.99±6.10)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.607,6.323;P均<0.05)。结论对产后抑郁患者实施基于微信平台构建护理,可提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of the application of wechat platform on the quality of life of postpartum depression patients.Methods 100 patients with postpartum depression admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases each.The control group received personalized nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the constructed wechat platform.The scores of Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups one week after delivery.Results One week after delivery,the EPDS score of the observation group was(16.10±4.28)points,which was lower than that of the control group(20.98±3.77)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.627,P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of follow-up,nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 82.00%(41/50)and 96.00%(48/50),respectively,higher than that in the control group 64.00%(32/50)and 80.00%(40/50),and the differences were both statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.110,6.061;both P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of follow-up,the life quality scores of the observation group were(79.21±6.10)points and(84.65±5.43)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(73.69±5.88)points and(76.99±6.10)points,and the differences were both statistically significant(t=4.607,6.323;both P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of nursing based on WeChat platform for patients with postpartum depression can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
