摘要
目的探讨预见性护理模式在ICU脑出血患者中的应用效果及对降低肺部感染发生率的影响。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2022年7月—2023年7月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的86例ICU脑出血患者为研究对象,分组采用不同护理方法,分别为43例,对照组为常规护理,观察组为预见性护理。对比两组患者心理状态、并发症发生率、生活质量及护理总满意度。结果观察组护理后心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部感染、尿路感染、压力性损伤的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量总评分为(86.47±5.04)分,对护理的总满意度评分为(96.45±3.26)分,高于对照组的(78.84±5.45)分、(89.34±4.31)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.740,8.628;P均<0.05)。结论在重症监护室脑出血患者管护过程中实施预见性护理模式,可有效提升临床护理干预质量,积极改善患者心理状态,减少肺部感染等并发症的发生,进而积极提高患者生活质量,获得较高满意度评分。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing model on reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in intensive care unit.Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 86 patients with ICU cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 as the research objects.Different nursing methods were used in the groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing.The psychological status,complication rate,quality of life and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications of pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection and pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection and pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the observation group was(86.47±5.04)points,and the total satisfaction score of nursing was(96.45±3.26)points,which were higher than those in the control group[(78.84±5.45)points,(89.34±4.31)points],the differences were statistically significant(t=6.740,8.628;both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing mode in the management and care of cerebral hemorrhage patients in intensive care unit can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing intervention,actively improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications such as lung infection,and then actively improve the quality of life of patients and obtain a high satisfaction score.
